The Role:

As a growing Group, we are keen to identify talented people with the knowledge and skills to join our team.  If you have relevant shipping industry experience and are considering a new challenge, please submit your CV and a covering letter (in confidence) to our recruitment team.

The Company:

The Navig8 Group is the world’s largest independent commercial management company, commercially managing a fleet of over 300 vessels that operate in distinct pools (tanker, chemicals, dry bulk and offshore).

As a ship owner and operator, Navig8’s activities span the shipping value chain, with its core expertise being in the oil products sector. It actively trades a time-chartered fleet, owns and invests in tonnage, commercially and technically manages owned/controlled and third-party vessels, acts as exclusive cargo broker for traders, and trades in the freight derivatives market. Spanning several shipping segments, Navig8 has created new companies, with substantial investor participation, that are poised to become substantive players in their chosen markets.  It also owns Integr8 Fuels, a bunker trading firm.

The Navig8 Group has consistently grown since its inception in 2007, and has been successful in attracting joint venture partners on a variety of bases (vessel acquisitions, bareboats, charter-ins). The Navig8 Group now has around 400 employees worldwide, with around 95 based in the London office and 200 in Singapore.
