The Navig8 Group is consolidated under Navig8 Limited, a Jersey incorporated company. Navig8 Limited is majority owned by its Management, while minority stakes are held by subsidiaries of Frontline, Touradji Capital and Peninsula Group.
All major management, operating and trading companies in the group are 100% subsidiaries of Navig8 Limited. The group’s accounts are audited annually by Moore Stephens International Limited.
As a private company Navig8 does not publish its financial results. Please contact a member of the Management in case further corporate or financial information is required for credit purposes.
